In order to improve the sales ability of their new staff whilst processing the agent retention inventory mostly lighting products haven’t been sold within 4-5 years, OPPLE Philippines team conducted a zero input special promotion in the garage of their office downstairs. In order to motivate their staff, they provide them with 2% sales commissions the same day as well.
